Hide drafts when logged out #34

@fumiX/entwickler What visibility should drafts have?:

  1. any logged in user
  2. any user who can edit posts of other people (user roles EDITOR or ADMIN)
  3. only the creator of the draft article

I would gravitate towards 2 & 3 …
