Buid failure with Jekyll #13

Pretty sure this is an artifact from when I was originally making the docs and thought I needed to use Jekyll with them. The docs don't actually use Jekyll, just pure HTML and CSS, which is likely why the SCSS file the Jekyll build process is looking for can't be found. The fix here probably wouldn't be able to make it build with Jekyll, but rather to stop it from trying to build anymore.
