• range_over_mean
• range_change
• streak_length_stats
• longest_winning_streak
• longest_losing_streak
• max_abs_change
• longest_streak_below
• longest_streak_above
• root_mean_square

Fix the implementation of energy_ratios #78

Add unit tests:

• energy_ratios
• first_location_of_maximum
• first_location_of_minimum
• has_duplicate
• has_duplicate_max
• has_duplicate_min
• index_mass_quantile

Open an issue on polars about < operator between a list of int and a float.
