Mod1 drag: add QuickTime to current level and add as iop, or if it exists just refer to that
Mod2 drag: add QuickTime to first Parent Shortcut, and add as iop, or if it exists in the parent hirearchy just refer to that
Should the button opViewer also change dynamically if a relevant QuickOp already exists?
Currently using this component makes projects dependent on it, and is not the goal of the toolkit.
