GH Actions for CI (here this branch CI)
Integrated psalm for static analysis
Implemented psalm annotations
Removed usage of curryN and marked it as deprecated (isn't statically parsable, with PHP 7.4 it's easy to do it manually)
Name of callable params are renamed as $function for consitency
Acceptance tests for psalm type hints

I will release a psalm plugin to understand better applicatives and curryN.

p.s. I'm doing the same thing for widmogrod/php-functional.
