Just a simple question since there is no activity from 4/5 years with no answers to issues and PRs. If yes, I can contribute with some PRs.

To be honest, I haven't used PHP in the last 5 years and this wasn't my repo to begin with. So I think you can say it's unmaintened at the moment.

I'll gladly merge PRs or even make you a maintener if you have time and motivation.
