This will help illustrate an end-end scenario of syncing docs in realtime with a Box server and participants that may not their own Box.

[x] show 'doc not found' message instead of loading
[x] add hardcoded 'meeting-id' and query for a specific meeting-id
[x] make meeting id dynamic
[x] listen for graph events and redownload doc when CID changes
