Passing in a filename as argument:

[x] uploads the file to Box server
[x] creates a meeting-id
[x] generates a UUID and creates a new 'meeting' using Graph API (UUID, CID)
[x] watches for file changes and uploads new file creating a new CID and calling update on Graph API
