Might make sense to either optimize rush update, or study alternatives like NX.

@keyvan-m-sadeghi it's mostly network problem but:

Pros

we don't use haft(no support for esbuild) and rush without haft is not very useful.
rush still don't support react-native but NX do (with plugin).

Cons

its going to be painful
its time consuming
