dateElementOrder ignored parsing dates strings without separators #140

We use dateElementOrder="dmy"

Parsing "10/12/2011" gives 10 December 2011 - correct
Parsing "10122011" gives 12 Oktober 2011 is not correct! it takes first always 
month ignoring dateElementOrder setting

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
