Fix MobSF docker tag #17

Use a locked version of MobSF docker instead o latest.

Would it be possible to provide a way to override the version of MobSF? Because some users, like me, would like to be able to run always the latest version, even if requires some permission workarounds on the workflow.

I'm not sure how... the only thing that comes to my mind is to use the tag 1.7.1 and/or create a new branch (from 1.7.1) here using alwayes the latest MobSF.
