Boesp - volume 2 #4

Volume 2 of Boehtlingk's sayings is now ready for @sanskritisampada .

Do a git pull, and work with boesp-2_slp1.txt

The pdf is available at: https://sanskrit-lexicon.uni-koeln.de/scans/BOESPScan/pdfs/boesp-2.pdf (about 110MB).

Procedure is same as before. But, this time do not consider the space before avagraha as error - just leave those spaces.

@sanskritisampada Ready for you to make revisions for volume 2 based on comparisons between your text and and that of @Andhrabharati. Here's the plan for how you can proceed.

  1. do git pull on this boesp-prep-sam repository.
  2. Make revisions to boesp-2_slp1-sam1a.txt
    • This is almost the same as your revised boesp-2_slp1.txt, but with a couple of manual changes by me to facilitate comparisons with AB's version.
  3. boesp-2_slp1_diff2.txt This contains the lines that you need to review in sam1a.
    • There are 148 cases
    • The first line of each case agrees with sam1a, and the second line is what AB has.
    • Consult the pdf, and make changes to sam1a as needed

When you finish your changes to sam1a, do a push and mention the push in a comment here. (I will then do a comparison between your revised sam1a and AB's version).

AB has also made some comments in two places, which you may or may not want to take into account.

Suggest you temporarily suspend your work with volume 3 while you undertake this review of volume 2.
