The @ signs are an invention to indicate line breaks other than dandas in <S> blocks.

@funderburkjim and this is what it looks like in Kedit after reformatting to line length 40 and giving a permanent indication of end-of-line by adding the character ¹ which will hopefully give you unvaryingly formatted boesp text whenever I push a new version on github. Just delete the character ¹ and Bob's your uncle.
