Spelling corrections for several German words submitted by @thomasincambodia.

The corrections made in a copy of step0/boesp.all_ansi.txt

Will have to develop method to insert these corrections into boesp.xml.

The changes have been made. Work is in step4g directory.

Changes were made to

step0/boesp.xml change file = changes_xml_1.xml 124 lines changed.
- the linktarget display (web1 directory) is based on boesp.xml. A sample url:
- https://funderburkjim.github.io/boesp-prep/web1/boesp.html?68
step0/boesp.all_ansi.txt This was originally the basis for boesp.xml, but is now logically independent from boesp.xml. It is maintained for possible uses by @thomasincambodia, such as submitting these German word corrections.
