step1 Version Freeze for sanskrit proofreading #6

My current focus is to prepare documents for proofreading the S and HS sections (the Sanskrit verses of the text). This work is being done in directory 'step1'.

@thomasincambodia is actively revising boesp-1_ansi.txt. These revisions always impact the creation of an xml version in ways that require time-consuming analysis.

However, it is believed that most of these revisions are unrelated to the S, HS sections; since Thomas's focus is on the other sections (German paraphrase, Footnotes, Author's corrections (D,F,V sections)).

In order to be able to proceed with the Sanskrit proofreading, the sanskrit S, HS proofreading documents are based on boesp-1_ansi.txt at commit 8d0fa64a51d72f9c043264dd25d460160066c60e, along with my subsequent modifications to boesp-1_ansi.txt boesp-1_utf8.txt.

The step1/8d0f directory contains (for convenience) this version of boesp-1_ansi.txt and also the corresponding (unmodified) utf-8 encoding boesp-1_utf8.txt.

The file step1/boesp-1_utf8.txt includes revisions to 8d0f/b0esp-1_utf8.txt that are required to construct the sanskrit proofreading documents.

can this issue be closed now, as the Vol.1 verses proofing is all done?
