Although SL_morph.dtd mentions the form <per/>
for periphrastic perfect, this does not appear in
any of the data files.
The pysan system does have, following Scharf's nomenclature, a list of periphrastic perfect action nouns for roots which exhibit the periphrastic perfect forms.

compressed archives (6Mo each, gz format) WX and SLP1.
Now it's https://gitlab.inria.fr/huet/Heritage_Resources/tree/master/XML/SL updated weekly.

Huet has several categories of words in SL_final.xml that have not been previously mentioned.
