Add Google Analytics for tracking accession stats #30

We should see about creating a Google Analytics account for the lab, so that it could be used to track other resources/sites in the future

See the tutorial for Google Analytics 4 (GA4): https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9304153 Not sure whether to use Universal Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics 3) or Google Analytics 4. There are different steps for each. Edit: it seems like GA4 has more features & granular data, so it might be more helpful to use that!
