Switch expression table to display Pct1 (detection rate in cluster) #66

Currently, the expression table shows normalized (0 to 1) expression of each gene, i.e. the same value that is plotted in the bubble plot of the dendrogram tab. Since the value is bounded by 0 and 1, some users believed that this value actually represented the Pct1 (detection rate within the cluster). I aim to switch the value to actually display the detection rate within the cluster ("Pct1"), and update the documentation (and variable names?) accordingly.

Closing this issue will also remove the need for issue #34
