User Stories details are unclear #15

User story mentioned user can level up to try different functions in the game, but no functions were gated except for the ability to shoot a wider variety of places. I think that could be clearer.

User story also mentioned to have a real penalty shootout setting but it is unclear as to what that could entail.

We think real penalty shootout setting is quite clear as it just means the game should have a setting same as the real life rule.

Reason for disagreement: The team still did not respond to the user story regarding user levelling up. The user story entails that as the user levels up, there will be more things to do in the game. However, the only changes was to the shoot and save, which feels like the user story is not sufficiently clear.
