Purpose of Power Level and Difficulty is very unclear #5

Power level is documented to make shots more accurate. and ultimately makes the game easier. This feels like another difficulty setting, which can be hard to determine for a player when they should change power level and when they should change the difficulty setting

Team's Response

Difficulty is designed to increase the cover range, and power level is designed to make the shots more accurate. These affect different parameters to the game. And we think the severity of this should be low.

 Issue response

Team chose [response.NotInScope]

Reason for disagreement: I still believe this should be a FeatureFlaw as these 2 functions are an integral feature of v2.1, but does not feel properly implemented or documented enough to use. Both are changing different parameters of the game to ultimately affect difficulty and enhance user experience, yet the developers fail to show specifically how these parameters differ from one another and under what circumstances to adjust which parameter.

In the UG, it is also mentioned difficulty increases the shoot's command effectiveness, which means it does not just affect cover range, but possibly make the shots more accurate as well? This then blurs the line between setpower and difficulty because how would accuracy be affected if setpower is set to high but difficulty is set to high as well, will accuracy ultimately increase or decrease?

## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.Low`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** Not knowing how this two functions interact can greatly affect the usage of this 2 functions, as the user is very likely to avoid tuning it since the user has no idea what to expect. As such, when using the program, the user is less likely to care about this 2 functions, even though it is supposed to be an integral part of the product at v2.1 as v2.0 is supposed to allow the user to choose difficulty mode. This issue will then become more occasional because if the user wants to change their difficulty, they have to account for their current power level as well. Thus, with how often this issue might occur to the user, I believe it warrants a Medium instead of a Low severity. ![image.png](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/fungg0/pe/main/files/120102a5-9797-4300-b7f5-08007189530d.png)
