Finished notes and adjusted code related to how to bulk parse/upload data into MySQL.

gabe. i don't plan on making changes to the core architecture! updated the Trello so you can see what's outstanding -- i enabled this thing called "Pirate Mode". Likely add code to refine data. Patent statistics -- is this something you were looking @? Or should we chat about it in more detail?

That's fantastic! We still have to adjust the schema to handle applications, but after that's done, I think we can merge it in to master.

I'll be working on patent statistics today, working on a schema and process. I'll let you know what I come up with.
