Found and fixed a few bugs, and either grants or apps, or both, can be parsed now. Some changes have been made in adding command-line arguments and changing some of the config file format. I can document those this week.
The default for everything from parsing to cleaning and consolidating is still to do just the grants, though, so hopefully nothing existing will change or break.
There also may be more bugs in match.py which will take a few more days to look into.
