Allow to obtain a permalink to the character sheet #10

Hello, It exists for some random generators, so why not for this one?

For example, here you can generate a random character with stats and equipment, and using the random seed used to reset the random generator, you can recreate the character sheet. e.g: http://odd.pushingcows.se/?s=1496350790007 as a permalink.

You could then roll for a character on one device, being satisfied enough with it, send the permalink to yourself on another device, or share it with a friend of yours, etc.

It doesn't exist for this one because I didn't write the code to make that happen, and no one else has.
