v0.2.0 == v0.1.4 #78

Just a quick note that I cut a new release. At first I used v0.1.4, but really should have used v0.2.0 since it's different enough.

I don't have access to yank the v0.1.4 release on PyPI (probably not a big deal anyway). But in case anyone is curious in the future. these two releases are identical.
