Fixing bukkit and antivirus problems - Release v1.9.3 #48

This release should correct Bukkit login issues and the AntiVirus flags because of dynamic library loading.

Because this removes dynamic library loading, the jar size is too big for spigot, and therefore downloads from this version on will link to GitHub. Also, I had to downgrade the H2 library as it would not compile to a Java 8 target. This means that all current H2 databases if updating to this plugin will fail to read and write. It will have to be deleted.
