Update to ember-copy v2 #327

This PR only update ember-copy to v2 => https://github.com/emberjs/ember-copy/releases/tag/v2.0.0

My main goal is to use ember-cli-babel v7. Currently, ember-copy v1 force to uses ember-cli-babel v6.

ping @fsmanuel, do you think we can merge it and release a small version with that change?

THis PR won't conflict with #326 because the update of ember-copy is already in its PR :)

@GreatWizard I enabled Github actions and updated to 3.28 and will release it tomorrow.
