Translations do no render when using `mdbook serve --open` #25

I cannot seem to get anything to render when using mdbook serve --open. I even tried cloning this repo and running this from within the example/ folder. Instead I get page not found.

I'm using

mdbook v0.4.21:
    mdbook
mdbook-i18n v0.1.2:
    mdbook-i18n
