Can't connect to Mikrotik Router

Hello, I have tried all ports and configurations but I still can't connect to Mikrotik

tried with and without TLS (8278, 8279, 80, 443) In the mikrotik logs I don't see anything

ROS: 7.16.1 / Router RB5009

I can connect to the api from other machines (e.g. homeassistant) and to rest-api from any machine
