Support for using pimatic-ipcamera refresh button into the pimatic rules system.
Situation: A door sensor triggers pimatic-mail to send a mail with snapshot attached made by pimatic-ipcamera.
Problem: The rules can't trigger pimatic-ipcamera refresh button to make a new snapshot.
Feature request: press [ipcamera] refresh
