Update docs #39

This is supposed to go hand in hand with #38.

I've updated the docs with some small fixes in some places, and added an example of how to supply your own FieldExtractor.

I'm also wondering if you're not using the RTD theme on purpose or not - could you elaborate? I think it looks a lot better than the default Sphinx theme.
