option to disable download without vpn (fix #6) #36

@mrbiber i dont have a vpn to test, can you install the apk and see if it works? (it will still show the download notification even if its paused)

Sorry for replying so late, was offline a few days. It correctly pauses if a VPN is not connected, but it does not seem to detect when there is a VPN connection. In other words, once you activate the option, it pauses regardless of whether there is a connection.

The notification disappears when I connect to a VPN, but on clicking a song title, it reappears.
