Add information of the language code

This will close #24

You don't have to edit the README.md file. You should just edit languages.js and:

Change Chinese name to Chinese Simplified
Add Chinese Traditional with the correct code bellow Chinese Simplified
Change the version number in package.json and package-lock.json files to 1.4.3
