On sales of albums and subscriptions we need to calculate and charge sales tax.

I've added tax_code and tax_behavior to be set for new products and subscriptions being purchased but still need to test it.

Actually, this looks like it's another thing that we'll have to enable post incorporation https://stripe.com/docs/tax/tax-for-platforms
