Error formatting multiple column pages #46

1. This is certainly a complex issue and thtmlviewer not IE, but some sites,
such as http://pass.rzd.ru/ displayed like this: Pic. 1 instead of Pic. 2
2. When you preview displays incorrect data. So is displayed missing items.
Pic. 3.

I further point out such errors.

That the same site, but the English version of http://eng.rzd.ru/ displayed
very well.

Thanks for another scrambled page! Some similar distorted page I investigated
showed several weaknesses of HtmlViewer:

1) Style management is too rough

Currently a complete set of style attributes overrides previous settings and
"important!" isn't suppported at all. Correct would be to control each style
attribute individually.

2) Formatting multiple columns is a mess

Attributes "display" and "floating" are not implemented correctly. As show in
the feature list (thus: known issue).

It seems, that the object structure is not obeyed correctly, which might be due
to a lack of switching between "block" and "inline" object capabilities.

I am experiencing a similar issue. I have a page that worked fine up to and
including 10.2 but is now pooched in 11. I wanted to move up to 11 because it
(mostly) fixes an issue with the positioning of the bullet for the first item
in an unordered list in some situations (also noticeable in the attached page,
10.2 vs. 11), but there is no way I can do that given this issue.
