Add blank pages to binder #12

It would be great if there was an option to add a blank page to documents with 
an odd number of pages.  This way, when printing a PDF binder double-sided, the 
first page of each document will be on the correct side of the paper.

While I can see how this could be useful, I do not think it fit within the 
scope of this simple tool.
