Redirected in Safari. False info shown for IPhone. Wifi network info shoes two ip addresses. Seems to be running through my iPad and not the router.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to access any info on my network or router
2. Try to access certain sites
3. Shows a name but in history it shows what looks like code. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Redirected to restricted page or unlocked version
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5s. iOS 7.04 

Please provide any additional information below.

Also have crashes of apps for recording or monitoring.
