How do I know which software was used to unlock my Phone currently using Version 1.0.2(1C28)?? #42

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
My current version is 1.0.2(1C28) and the Modem Firmware is  04.01.13_G

Please provide any additional information below.
I am curious to upgrade to the latest version . Has anyone done this 
recently.
