Right. When filling in a video card and adding a performer we have the text field which auto filters as we type. When finding that we have a new performer we hit the + button. At this point we type everything again. Once we have submitted that we type it again to get the performer into the original text field.
I would be nice if the + popup field had the text we already typed passed to it and then when we add the new performer we have that performer added to the original text field allowing us to type the name once.
