Scrub video in built-in player #80

It would be nice to be able to quickly scrub through a video using the built-in player. I'd suggest the following:

Right/Left Arrow: Forward/Backward 30 seconds Right/Left Arrow + Shift: Forward/Backward 10 seconds Right/Left Arrow + Ctrl/Cmd: Forward/Backward 90 seconds 1-9 (digits): jump to 10%-90% of video duration

Adding in slow options and frame by frame ala VLC would be nice too
