"Set frame as thumb" does nothing #96

Describe the bug The functionnality which allows to change the video's thumb doesn't work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a video with the app"s player
  2. Click the button "Set frame as thumb" in the player bar.

Expected behavior The video's thumb (so the card's picture in the videos' page) should change with a capture of the video frame appearing when we clicked the button.

I believe it works, but the image does not change until you restart the application. this is just a clarification, the function does not work as it should.

Oh you're right, it worked after a simple restart.
