Featured image auto-tag does not appear in tag history #33

Describe the bug When an image is featured, it will get the "featured image" tag added; however, this tagging does not appear in the Tagging History. It does appear on Derpibooru's.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to an image
  2. Feature it
  3. Observe the "Featured Image" tag has been automatically added
  4. Check the Tag History
  5. Observe there is not record of the "Featured Image" tag having been added

Expected behavior Tagging history shows when the "Featured Image" tag was added
