Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Support grabbing images from Philomena based imageboards, including description.

Describe the solution you'd like Entering an image ID URI of a Philomena image board into the Fetch field will fetch the image and description. This should work for URI's in the 'site.net/images/#' and 'site.net/#' format.

Additional context Supporting grabbing the tags would be highly convenient.

some topics that would need configuration support

[ ] configure the filter id to be used per other known & "allowed" philomena address
[ ] specify tag translation/replacement/filter lists for tags of each other philomena booru
[ ] specify list of blacklisted tags which if included in the tags list of the image, will cause the image to not get imported
