Added functionality for pjax requests #14

Hi there, there was an issue where the script wouldn't run again after switching between tabs. This fixes it. Technically I think in the manifest.json file, pjax should now be a dependency but I'm not sure as I am new to these things.

Thanks very much for the pull request, @jdetle! I posted a reply from my phone the other night but evidently it didn't go through — drat. Looking forward to testing this soon.
