I have seen this same problem (see below), I guess. Is there a fix?

I can confirm this happens on Samsung S8+Chrome 63+Android 7.0. Works OK in Firefox 57+Android+Samsung S8

Same problem.

I have a sortable list with a link inside and the list is sortable but the link it's not clickable in mobile: Android 7 + Chrome.
