Diagramming software to map out all of our contacts #10

Text based diagramming software needs to be set up to generate pictorial graphs of how everyone relates so that we can see where we are lacking in contacts / industry connections.

Helps us measure the value of what contacts an individual brings BTL.

Propose we use a graph format for this as we're talking about networks of relationships. Graph is also handy in that it can be expressed textually in a way that makes sense to anyone with half a brain, can be used to generate a diagram centred on a particular customer or contact, and can be used to analyse those gaps you mention.

Suggest Neo4J as it's a fully formed graph format that can be learned in about 10 mins. Also can take formatted text file and display as graph in a browser for analysis.
