Get a gitbook build that includes mermaid gantt and github oauth logins

Need to start making the information easy to read and process.

Need to restrict logins to only those with github accounts that are on the ok'd list.

Need to find a way to allow access to parts of the docs only - may require several gitbook builds - one per permission domain
