Branding fix #40

I added the Polylith and RealWorld logos to the gitpod.md onboarding flow diagram. Rationale:

  1. The picture now is more complete, anchoring what it's all about
  2. Don't suck at PR 😄
  3. The image is now perfectly square, making it suitable for how social media treats shared images (don't suck at PR!)
