Incorrect timezone of travel in TripMetaDataExtensions #7

It appears that the Time conversion to Zulu is not taking into account the time zone of Travel.

Here a couple of screenshots from my BMW Navigator V (Garmin OEM) showing Travel Times generated by Furkot. My Departure Time on Day 1 is 9:00am-PT. My Departure Time on Day 2 is 7:00am-MT:
