We get the right configs, but the dedicated paths are missing.

Here we either copy around the dockerfile (or symlink) or we change the strategy and do not encode configs in the paths to the specific docker files.

The latter option is certainly cleaner, but requires some refactoring.

For R-release the path to Rprofile does not follow the same naming scheme: /opt/R-release/lib/R/library/base/R/Rprofile does not exist.

Still need to fix the path to Rprofile for the R-release container

If there exists already a container for a specific tag then we should not rebuild it. This is a condition that we also should add to the actions.
