Now the trigger is not longer push tag and thus dockers metadata fails to set tags correctly with with tags: semver.

ok, now we get the version!

@matteodelucchi basically:

each month a new version is created, so we are sure to have dependencies that are relatively up to date
whenever we push to main a new tag and a new container is created, so when we do some changes we get instant new versions
